[NSFW] A Collector’s Lament – Odin Sphere – Velvet figure

So I came across AmiAmi.com earlier this year and have basically set AmiAmi as my import store of choice.  By happenstance, I decided to go through some of the “related/suggested” links on a number of figures on sale at AmiAmi and immediately regretted doing that.

As you can tell, I love Odin Sphere for many reasons: art, music, gameplay and storytelling.

Anyone who has played Odin Sphere to completion can attest to Velvet being a very captivating character, not just because of her outfit, but also because of her move-sets, her skill-sets, and her complexity as a character caught between conflicting objectives and responsibilities.

So what better way to celebrate her than with a figure sculpted to capture her very being?

So the figure itself is worth paying good money for.  And I missed out on it completely.  Okay, fine.  So what is about this figure that warrants a “Collector’s Lament” article?  Well, you saw the NSFW tag.  Here’s why (the rest of my rant will go into the NSFW section):
